However the trick to staying commited to a health full life- style   every day is the first phrase of commitment .Avoiding lots of serving food, drinking maximum 12 glass water at least in daily routein  only a few things that can help make the road to a healthful life style begin. How ever there are so many more thins that can be considered to make sure a healthful life.

Go for a walk in daily routine.                               walk is very important to start a day it is very good for our mind and for our body it helps to releif all the stress from our mind and feel relax .

Never miss your brakefast .                      Make a schedule of daily exercise and do exercise in daily routine .                      Always trying to keep relax your mind and think positive about everything because good thinking is very helpful for a good health.                                            Healthy habits like brushing teethe        daily and washing hands before     eating meal .                                                 Always try to use a lots of vegetable in your food . 

Trying to sleep 8 hours each night.


Healthy life is very important for every person. If we had a healthy life so automatically we have a strong body . and when we have a strong body we became a strong persons and a strong peoples do everything any time any were what thy want to do .                            people who don't take care of their health don't take series to their lives thy are not able to  do any thing  for their own life .
